Because of the nature of research materials, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been paid.

Before you pay

Shipping issues

Packages are shipped via FedEx. If a package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, contact us at [email protected] and we will help you file a claim with FedEx. Any recovery is subject to the carrier's claims process.
